About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
Reporting to senior management, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Processing accounts payable and receivable
* Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
* Preparing invoices and managing payment follow-ups
* Assisting with payroll support and supplier payments
* Maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB
* Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an Accounts or similar finance role
* Strong working knowledge of MYOB & Microsoft Excel (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and within a small team
* Professional communication skills
