About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a skilled professional to join our team as a Safety and Risk Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, visitors, and staff across multiple hospitality sites.
* Acting as the first point of contact for safety queries and issues at assigned venues, providing practical advice and support to managers and employees in areas such as safety, food safety, and environmental management.
* Assisting in the implementation and communication of safety policies, procedures, and management plans, ensuring understanding and compliance at site level.
* Collaborating with operational leaders to embed safety standards into daily activities and business processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety, such as a Certificate IV or above.
* Demonstrated professional experience in safety management.
