The Role
We are seeking a capable and empathetic Support Worker/Household Manager to assist a aprticipant. This is an ongoing role providing flexible scheduling to suit both the participant and support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with daily household management tasks such as cleaning, organising, and meal preparation
* Supporting the participant with personal care needs
* Supervising and supporting learning and development, including homework and daily routines
* Providing safe, compassionate, and structured support tailored tothe participant
* Encouraging skill-building, independence, and engagement in daily activities
* Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to ensure consistent support
About You
You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:
* Experience supporting adults with psychsocial disabilies
* Ability to safely supervise and contribute to learning and development
* Skills in personal care, support and daily routine management
* Excellent communication and reliability
* A friendly and non-judgmental approach
NDIS Compliance
You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid and CPR
* ABN (for contractors)
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
