Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth. Own the strategy and delivery of indirect categories. Partner with senior stakeholders to influence, challenge, and add value at every stage of the procurement lifecycle. Drive procurement transformation initiatives, embedding best practices, digital solutions, and innovative approaches. Deliver measurable value through supplier partnerships, cost optimisation, risk management, and sustainability initiatives. Be proactive in identifying new opportunities to add value and improve business processes and procedures. Work with C-suite to identify challenges, opportunities, and areas of improvement across the business. About You Proven track record in procurement leadership roles. Strong expertise in indirect categories. Experience leading procurement transformation programs, with the ability to modernise and elevate the function. Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop teams. Commercially astute, influential, and confident working with executive stakeholders.
