Job Description
We are looking for a professional who can provide transportation services to clients while ensuring their comfort and safety. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients to their desired destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
Your role will involve driving clients to appointments and other destinations, maintaining exceptional customer service at all times. You will also be required to transport clients to exciting locations as part of our regular events calendar.
In addition, you will need to maintain a professional relationship with clients, demonstrating genuine care and respect for their needs. Your responsibilities will include keeping accurate records, completing daily vehicle inspections, reading schedules and run sheets, liaising with schedulers and office personnel, reporting back to the office if a client's needs have changed, and calling clients to confirm pick up and drop off times and locations.
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness to a superior standard is also an essential aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Holds a current open Queensland Driver's Licence
* Has outstanding customer service skills and a love of interacting with clients
* Is highly organised, punctual, efficient, and can manage their time well
* Has excellent knowledge of the local area
* Has exceptional driving skills and a proven record of safety
* Is resilient, patient, and calm under pressure
* Understanding of, and willingness to develop an appreciation of, specialised service delivery within diverse groups
