The Role – Customer Service Officer
Come join our team and make a difference in your local community! We've got two full‐time Customer Service Officer roles available in Dandenong South, and we're looking for friendly, down‐to‐earth people to jump on board.
As a Customer Service Officer, You Will
* Act as the first point of contact for residential enquiries, particularly around hard waste bookings and scheduling
* Assist residents by providing clear information on council guidelines and services
* Respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating where required
* Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
