Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a Support Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone or email while ensuring data quality in the system.
Specifically, you will:
1. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries via phone or email.
2. Provide technical support on hardware and software issues.
3. Monitor data quality in the system.
4. Identify areas for improvement in processes related to data quality.
Requirements
For this role, we are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you must have a willingness to complete a traineeship – Certificate 3 Business Administration.
