Strata Manager Trainee
Opportunities exist for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to develop skills in strata management.
The role offers the chance to work with residential and commercial properties, managing strata plans, training to become a Strata Manager, and acting as a manager for limited buildings at times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with overall portfolio management, including quotes, correspondence, accounting, budgeting, attending and chairing meetings, contract management, and communicating with stakeholders.
* Preparation of body corporate and sub-committee meeting notices, minutes, and documentation.
* Liaising with various groups, such as committee members, owners, real estate agents, solicitors, contractors, and other relevant bodies to assist with queries, requests, and conflict resolution.
* Provide advice and service to clients based on accurate analysis of real and perceived concerns about property and other issues.
* Availability to attend meetings regularly and build relationships with clients and suppliers through customer focus.
* Promote, maintain, and drive WH&S standards, practices, and systems.
