The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV or Diploma in Community or Aged Care, Nursing, or a related qualification, along with experience in aged care, health, or community services. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
