**The Role**
The Sustainability Manager is part of the Investor Relations team at Atlas Arteria. The role is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of the organisation's sustainability/ESG strategy and agenda. The role works closely with key stakeholders to ensure sustainability priorities are being met. The Manager Sustainability also plays a key part in ensuring the transparent monitoring and reporting of progress on a regular basis.
To achieve this you will need to:
- Support the development of the sustainability and ESG strategy.
- Oversee sustainability and ESG reporting and analysis.
- Support and track the implementation and progress of key ESG initiatives.
- Drive Atlas Arteria's approach to climate risks and opportunities.
- Develop and influence related processes and policies in support of sustainability and ESG strategy.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
**The Person**:
We are looking for someone who will collaborate with and provide direction and advice to the Director, Investor Relations in continuing to develop Atlas Arteria's approach to Sustainability across the four Priority areas (safety; customers and community; our people; environmental stewardship). In addition to this we are seeking someone with;
- Experience with the Taskforce on Climate-related Disclosure (TCFD) recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline.
- Experience working in sustainability/ESG (5+ years) in an in-house and/or consulting role.
- Experience with greenhouse gas emission accounting.
- Exceptional engagement and influencing skills.
