The Ultimate Sports Bar Experience
* Management of staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift supervision.
* Overseeing operations across the venue, including restaurant, bar, and functions.
* Managing front-of-house operations and ensuring service quality.
* Adhering to and auditing OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
* Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue while controlling costs.
* Ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
* Leading by example to foster a positive working environment.
* Engaging in marketing and promotional activities to support business growth.
* Driving revenue through strategic management of food, beverage, and customer service, achieving financial targets.
The MVP We're Seeking
* At least 3 years of hospitality management experience.
* Experience in both bar and restaurant settings.
* Financial management skills.
* Ability to lead, train, and develop a team.
* RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications.
* First aid certification (preferred).
* Approved Managers Certificate (preferred).
