An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production & Quality Manager to join a dynamic team within this well-established organisation. 
**Role Overview** 
Reporting to the General Manager, the Production & Quality Manager is responsible for leading and scheduling the production team (20 staff) to maximise production and cost efficiency, while ensuring product quality is in line with the agreed specifications and standards. As part of the leadership team, this critical role will focus on maintaining a protected working setting and ensuring that all factory equipment is running to optimum performance. Other key responsibilities include contributing to continuous improvement through identifying and implementing best practice manufacturing principles, promoting a positive workplace culture and liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
