You will manage multiple professional teams and advocate for the best policy outcomes for Government. **In this role, you will**: - Provide authoritative advice, analysis, and guidance to senior management, including the Cabinet Budget Review Committee, on economic and fiscal matters. 
- Lead change across the public sector to implement critical whole-of-government strategic initiatives. Represent Treasury in complex and sensitive negotiations and consultations with industry, Queensland Government agencies, other jurisdictions and stakeholders. Partner and collaborate with Queensland Government departments, agencies, industry and the community to drive innovation and achieve the Government's good jobs, better services, excellent lifestyle objectives 
**What experience you will bring**: - Strong expertise in economic and fiscal matters. Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications will be are highly regarded.
