As Director – Private Lending, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional outcomes for high-net-worth clients, while guiding a high-performing team and driving strategic change.
This is a full-time role based in Sydney, though we're open to exceptional candidates located in Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
What do I need?
We're looking for a values-led leader who brings clarity, confidence, and collaboration to everything they do.
You'll bring: Deep expertise in credit risk, lending strategy, and portfolio management.
A proven ability to lead and empower diverse, high-performing teams.
Experience managing complex lending solutions for high-net-worth clients.
A mindset focused on continuous improvement and simplifying processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
