Randstad is currently seeking several experienced Finance Officers APS5 to join a high-performing federal government team.
Canberra, ACT | 12 months l Baseline Clearance
Position description
- Assist in the management of procurement fee processes across multiple service arrangements
- Reconcile and accurately process invoices related to procurement fees
- Undertake debt recovery follow-up activities as required
- Monitor and support the preparation of quarterly charging reports
- Learn and adapt to a new automated fee processing system
- Develop transparent, practical user guidance and process documentation to support invoicing procedures
- Provide operational support during the transition to a new system, including handover of processes back to internal resources
