About Our Client
Our client is a recognised leader in concrete sleeper manufacturing, supplying high-quality products to major rail infrastructure projects across Australia. Operating within a structured and safety-focused industrial environment, they pride themselves on quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be providing part-time administrative support on site, assisting with general administration duties including data entry, compliance checks, ordering and purchasing, and other ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
This role is based on an operational manufacturing site, and you will be required to wear full PPE while on site. The hours are 3 days per week, 4 hours per day, making it ideal for someone seeking school-friendly hours or work-life balance.
What You Will Need:
* Minimum 3 years previous administration experience
* Certificate II in Business (preferred but not essential)
* Strong data entry and computer skills
* Experience with compliance documentation and purchasing processes
* Current C Class Driver Licence
* Ability to work within an industrial site environment and wear full PPE
