Job Description
* Develop and implement AI and automation solutions to optimise operational processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and innovation.
* Design, test, and deploy machine learning models to enhance organisational efficiency.
* Maintain and improve existing AI and automation frameworks.
* Provide technical expertise and support in AI-related projects.
* Document processes, models, and system designs for future reference.
* Ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards in all AI and automation initiatives.
* Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AI and Automation Engineer should have:
* A strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
* Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R.
* Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
* Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* An understanding of the Not For Profit sector is an advantage.
