Silkwood Homes is seeking a contract administration officer for its busy head office situated in Nerang. You will be part of a fun enthusiastic administration team working closer with the sales team and clients. The role will ideally suit someone with construction/real estate experience who enjoys being part of a team. You must be well organised with attention to detail. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Your responsibilities will amongst other things include
* Issuing of accurate build contracts in time sensitive timelines .
* Liaising with the Silkwood Homes sales team, external sales agents, and clients
* Managing signed build contract through to unconditional finance
* Post contract variations
While you will be an important part of the administration team, you will have sole responsibility for the contracts administration process. You will need to be well organised and able to perform under time constraints. You will be computer savvy and take pride in helping an assisting others. The role will be challenging yet fun and we would love to have you as part of the Silkwood Homes team.
