About the Role
Effective ideas live out in culture, so we’re looking for a Producer, based in our Adelaide office, with hustle, taste, and cultural radar to make these ideas happen. One day it’s a film shoot, the next it’s an installation, the next it’s a content drop.
You’ll be the person who knows who to call, how to make it work, and how to keep the creative bar high while staying on time and on budget.
You live for the buzz of pulling it off. You get culture. You get people. You get things done.
What You’ll Do
Run production end-to-end across content and experiential activations
Activate your black book of contacts, crews, builders, and makers
Balance budgets, timelines and creative ambition
Translate ideas into executable magic with zero compromise on craft
Troubleshoot on the fly and keep projects moving
Bring cultural connections, collaborators, and references into the mix
What You Bring
Proven experience in production (agency, prodco, brand, or a mix)
A strong network and the confidence to activate them when needed
Calm under pressure, but fuelled by momentum
Taste for detail and the hustle to back it up
Clear documentation, communication and attention to detail is crucial
Curiosity for culture: plugged into film, music, art, design, tech
A love for making things real, not just talking about them
