We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director to work alongside the Centre Director at Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre, helping lead our passionate team and providing high-quality care and education for children and families.

About the Role
As Assistant Director, you will support the Centre Director in managing the daily operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and fostering a positive, nurturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with leadership and guidance of educators to deliver engaging programs.
Supporting the Centre Director with compliance, administration, and operational tasks.
Building strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and staff.
Stepping into the Centre Director role when required.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and quality care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
Previous experience in a leadership or 2IC role within Early Childhood.
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.
