**_ The Role_**
Working closely with the CEO/Managing Director and being an integral member of the Executive Leadership Group, this role will be responsible for their finance function, incorporating risk and governance, compliance, financial controls, budgeting, taxation, treasury and business partnering.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the CEO, Executive Leadership Group and Senior Management team to drive financial strategy and growth of the business
- Provide advice to the CEO, ELT and Board of Directors on all financial implications and risks related to key business issues
- Develop and lead strategic relationships with key financial stakeholders such as banks, financiers, auditors and insurers
- Ensuring effective financial management including cash flow, operational and capital expenditures
- Strategic management of the Group Structure
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of management reports
- Management of all Taxation liabilities
- Co-ordination of all statutory requirements
- Finance business partnering to analyse performance and drive profitability improvements

You will be an experienced, influential CFO with a demonstrated track record of leading high performing, disciplined teams. With a background in property/construction, contracting or resources, you will have led successful finance teams through transformation and growth programs.
