Pegasus Community Care is a long-established Australian provider delivering therapeutic, trauma-informed support across Youth and Out-of-Home Care services. For over 23 years, we've supported young people with complex needs through safe, structured and well-supervised care.
We are currently seeking female Therapeutic Youth Workers to support female young people in OOHC settings.

About you
You're calm, emotionally mature and able to hold firm boundaries. You care deeply about young people and can remain steady in challenging situations. You communicate clearly, work well in a team, and take feedback on board.
Experience in OOHC, youth work, residential care or mental health is highly regarded. We also welcome applicants with strong transferable experience in disability, community services or complex support, with training provided.
Qualifications
• Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work, Community Services or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of therapeutic, strengths-based and person-centred care
• ARC therapeutic model training
Mandatory requirements (or willingness to obtain)
• NSW Working With Children Check
• National Police Check (less than 12 months)
• NSW Driver's Licence
• First Aid and CPR
• NDIS Orientation Modules
• Australian working rights
• Two relevant referees
