Procurement Leadership Role
This is a senior role that requires the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies across various categories, focusing on delivering cost savings, enhancing supplier performance, and supporting overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end sourcing strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals, executing formal RFPs, evaluating bids, and presenting award recommendations to stakeholders. They will also identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and strategic spend management, build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, and monitor supplier performance to foster long-term partnerships.
Furthermore, this procurement leader will analyse complex procurement and spend data to identify trends, forecast demand, and generate actionable insights. They will lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms while minimising risk, oversee the full contract lifecycle to ensure compliance, performance, and value optimisation, and provide mentorship to junior sourcing analysts.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
* 10+ years' experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
* Proven ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives and global supplier engagements.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
