**Your new company**
Our client is a national manufacturing and design business based on the Northern side of the Gold Coast. With an extensive market presence and with continued growth and success, they are seeking an internal sales and dispatch administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
As the Internal Sales and Dispatch Administrator you will work closely with the Operations Coordinator on a daily basis. Your busy and varied role will involve:
- Internal Sales and Customer Service
- Receiving & dispatching orders for product deliveries
- Effectively communicate all information to ensure drivers understand their instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations and face-paced environment
- Prioritise driver's schedules
- Ensure accurate & timely deliveries are met
- Monitor the route & status of the delivery and communicate in a timely manner if there is any issue
- Manage & resolve any issue or complaint in a timely manner, in accordance with our company policies & procedures
- Contact the customer in a timely manner to advise if there is a delay or amendment with their delivery.
- Update & Maintain Freight entry into our online ordering system
- Effectively communicate to management all information that could affect the day to day operations of the business or that could impact safe work practices.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience within a similar role ideally within the manufacturing industry (minimum 12 months)
- The proven ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously and demonstrates a positive attitude
