Job Summary
The ideal candidate will work with leading technology to deliver innovative solutions. This role is based in Launceston and involves servicing customer sites across Tasmania.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, upgrades and repairs at customer sites.
Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, completing service reports and contributing to the team's focus on improving service delivery performance.
Participating in ongoing training to up-skill and enhance product knowledge is also essential.
A good understanding of computers and Windows operating systems, as well as experience servicing electronic and mechanical equipment, are required.
Strong customer service and communication skills are necessary for this role.
