The Opportunity Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a motivated and driven Contracts Administrator to join their highly experienced project team on a landmark $110m+ development. Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules
* Progress claims, variations and cost reporting
* Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
* Management and tracking of project expenditure
* Subcontractor claim administration
* RFIs to architects and consultants
* Administration of the project HSE system
* Supporting commercial and project delivery teams
About You
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or equivalent
* 2+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator
* Commercial construction experience
* Experience delivering projects from start to finish
* Procore experience (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of the WA construction market
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ambitious, driven, and eager to grow into senior roles
