About the Role
The successful candidate will undertake tasks and duties as directed by Production Supervision and/or Trades Trainer within bounds of current competence. This includes attending and completing relevant on-the-job training, properly maintaining materials, tools, and equipment, striving to continuously improve teamwork, processes, and effectiveness in the work area, and adhering to BAE Maritime Australia policies and management practices.
About You
* You have experience in fabrication with MIG or Flux Core Welding.
* You can read drawings and understand technical specifications.
* You have a strong safety focus and are committed to enhancing the site safety environment.
* You are able to maintain accurate timekeeping and meet deadlines.
* You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with colleagues.
Clearances
A Defence security clearance is required for this role. As an Australian citizen, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances.
