Full time Monday to Friday permanent position within a leading award winning car dealership in Ipswich. For an experienced Receptionist seeking a busy and fun role that has a lot of customer interaction within the automotive industry

1. Requires 2+ years as a Receptionist
2. Salary guide $50,000 to $60,000 plus super
3. Based in Ipswich

On a normal day you will be the first point of contract for customers making contact with the service department. You'll be assisting them with bookings, enquiries and controlling the phone traffic of the department.
You will work alongside the Service Management team to ensure that the department continues to run efficiently, at a high standard and with the highest levels of customer service.8-5pm Monday to Friday no overtime or weekend work

They have very clean and professional working environment and are a fully authorised service centre.
Their service technicians are experienced in servicing all vehicle makes and models
They have a team of factory-trained service technicians and factory-trained parts consultants to support you.You will need:

An Automotive Service Receptionist plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of an automotive service department. Your responsibilities typically include:

6. Customer Interaction: Greeting customers as they arrive at the service department, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. You'll act as the initial point of contact for customers seeking automotive services.
7. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance or repairs. This involves checking the availability of service technicians and aligning appointments with customer preferences.
8. Documentation and Paperwork: Managing and organizing paperwork related to service orders, customer information, and vehicle details. This may include creating and updating customer profiles and service records.
9. Communication with Technicians: Serving as a liaison between customers and service technicians. They may convey customer concerns, service requests, and other relevant information to the technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service.
10. Customer Satisfaction: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with the service provided.
11. Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area: Keeping the service reception area clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
