Working at Faro Restaurant across all operating days (Thursday - Monday) as well as dinner on Friday and Saturday, you will be presenting creative cocktails and exceptional wine & beer to deliver a world-class experience. A successful applicant can confidently showcase our range of different products, and share well-rounded knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. The Gig:
* Integral part of the Faro team
* Support the business by drawing on your knowledge and experience of classic cocktails, wine, spirits and bar day to day operations
* Deliver high standard hospitality experiences alongside art, music, and performance
* Be motivated, and motivational - your attitude and experience is what counts
* Good availability and flexibility over 5 operational days (Thursday - Monday) and operational hours (9am - 5 pm) as well as Friday and Saturday dinners (5pm - 11pm)
* 25-30 hours per week
The You:
* Must have a minimum of 1-2 years bar experience in a similar role
* Creative thinker, we love out-of-the-box cocktails on our list
* Adaptable, occasionally helping out the waitstaff
* Good classic cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge essential
* Barista skills and experience are a strong bonus
* A deep desire to deliver a first-class customer experience
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills
* A positive and friendly attitude
* RSA essential
* Flexibility around work, as weekends are a must
