Customer Services Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Services Officer to join our team at Singapore Airlines. The position is responsible for managing airport operations, providing customer service and assisting with various tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
Perform activities related to flight handling, including pre-flight planning, check-in, departure and arrival handling, baggage, lost and found, ramp, lounge, delay handling and customer enquiries.
Proactively interact with customers at all touchpoints and address complaints by providing effective solutions.
Work closely with ground services partners to ensure services are delivered in accordance with service standards.
Maintain proper records and filing system on flights and daily operations.
Review work procedures and implement solutions to improve the service experience or efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Solid knowledge of traffic and operational functions, including check-in, delay handling and crisis management.
Strong service ethic, good time management skills and ability to work flexible hours in a busy environment.
Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.
A strong team player who promotes team spirit and unity.
