• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed sales targets.• Manage daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all activities.• Build strong, lasting relationships with your team and stakeholders.• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase market share.• Monitor inventory and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand.• Stay updated on the latest BMW models, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with your team.• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to create compelling offers and promotions.• Provide reports and insights to senior management, ensuring goals and KPIs are consistently achieved.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in automotive.• Experience in prestige vehicle sales is preferred.• Superior customer skills are a must.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team to success.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• A customer-first mentality with a focus on building long-term relationships.• A passion for the BMW brand and a deep knowledge of its products.• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
