* Set up and pack down service areas before and after service
* Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
* Assist with bookings, reservations, and function setups when required
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations

* Certificate II in Hospitality or at least 1 year relevant experience
