* Customer service experience in retail or healthcare

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Basic computer proficiency (we use Optomate Touch)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Optical experience is not required – we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate with a genuine passion for customer care.
* Answering the phone;
* Make and follow-up appointments
* Greeting customers as they walk in the door;
* Data entry;
* Ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming
* Assisting patients to choose eye wear that suits their needs and lifestyle
* With time and training, you'll also support frame styling, lens dispensing, and conduct pre-testing using our modern diagnostic equipment
