You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our employees and clients. The role involves managing a buffet style bulk cooking operation, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness are maintained.
* Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum.
* Maintain high levels of customer service, contribute ideas & be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
Key Requirements:
* Cert III in Commercial Cookery Minimum
* Must be reliable, strong & capable of leading a team
* Demonstrated experience at a Sous Chef level
* Experience within bulk catering environments
* Remote experience preferred
* Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
* Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines
