A rare opportunity for a People & Culture leader to step into a broad, hands‐on role where you'll shape culture, uplift capability, and partner directly with senior leaders. This 18‐month contract offers true ownership across the full P&C portfolio - from recruitment and ER/IR to L&D, D&I, systems and employee experience - all within a purpose‐driven organisation that values curiosity, collaboration and practical, people‐first thinking.

THE ROLE

This is a genuinely broad and hands‐on People & Culture Manager role where you'll shape the full employee experience across the organisation. You'll lead a small but capable P&C function, partner closely with senior leaders, and guide a P&C Coordinator who supports day‐to‐day operations. Your remit spans the full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, payroll oversight, industrial compliance, employee relations, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and safety. You'll be the steady, trusted voice leaders turn to for coaching, clarity and practical advice. It's an 18‐month maximum‐term contract to support a parental leave backfill, with plenty of opportunity to leave a lasting impact.
