We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate our building manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll oversee day‐to‐day production activities, support a team of employees and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for managing labour, coordinating materials and contractors, monitoring schedules, and driving continuous improvement across the production process. You'll also play a key role in supporting team development, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily manufacturing activities with a strong safety focus
* Ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards
* Improve production efficiency through better processes and methods
* Lead pre‐start meetings and provide clear direction to the team
* Coordinate materials, contractors, and services to meet project needs
* Support and train team members, including apprentices
* Monitor labour hours, overtime, and project budgets
* Identify re‐work issues and drive corrective actions
* Ensure drawings, documentation, and instructions are up to date
* Maintain strong WHSEQ standards
What You'll Bring
* Experience in modular building construction
* Strong understanding of building codes and standards
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and safely
* Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skills
* Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for outcomes
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic project management software
