Our Bendigo office have been providing specialist local consulting services to our clients in and around Bendigo for almost four decades. This collective local knowledge and experience provide us a with a strong understanding of local development practice in order to deliver exceptional and pragmatic outcomes for rural and regional projects.

About this opportunity
We're seeking Project Managers and Project Engineers who are excited by the opportunity to be based in our Bendigo office, while supporting the delivery of significant land development projects both locally and interstate. This is a unique opportunity to provide specialist support to our growing business in Bendigo.
You'll join an established multi-disciplinary team with a strong pipeline of work, contributing to both local and interstate projects. Working closely with designers, construction administrators and project teams, you will play a key role in delivering complex land development and infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
In this role, you will:
1. Take responsibility for project delivery, planning, scheduling and reporting across multiple projects
2. Lead communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving challenges
3. Coordinate design delivery and resource planning across internal teams and external partners
4. Prepare and review tender, contract and design documentation
5. Carry out project or design calculations to meet timelines, quality outcomes and budgets
6. Support, coach and mentor junior team members to enable their professional growth.
About you
You are an experienced civil professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by the opportunity to help shape growing project portfolios across different geographies. You will bring:
7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (with ability to become registered RPEng).
8. Experience in delivering land development or infrastructure projects.
9. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
10. The ability to prioritise and move seamlessly between multiple tasks and projects.
11. Experience in design consultancy, civil construction, contracts administration or water engineering.
12. A passion for professional development and supporting others.
13. White Card and driver's licence.
