A Sales Leader is accountable for leading a sales team to deliver results. This role builds on a strong foundation and invests in leadership talent to take the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver outcomes.
* Drive growth through market analysis and identifying new opportunities.
* Design and execute Go-To-Market sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
* Build and strengthen client relationships to increase recurring revenue and retention.
* Represent the company at industry events and key client meetings.
* Manage the preparation of compelling tenders, proposals, and submissions.
* Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff to foster a high-performance culture.
* Collaborate with directors and product/tech teams to shape offerings and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Sales Leader, you will need to have demonstrated success in sales leadership, ideally within technology or managed services. A proven record of growing teams, exceeding revenue targets, and driving recurring service sales is highly valued.
Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills are required, as well as experience in CRM/reporting tools and data analysis. Ability to work cross-functional and collaboratively with internal teams is essential.
