Position: Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $150K–$200K + Super (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
A well-established, national multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its growing engineering team in Perth. This is a permanent, full-time role offering exposure to a broad mix of civil infrastructure and industrial projects across multiple sectors.
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle — from design through to construction support — working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also offers scope to step into greater leadership responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Civil design and construction support across infrastructure, roads, pavements, drainage, & earthworks
* Engineering input into industrial facilities and associated site infrastructure
* Contract administration and construction supervision
* Technical investigations, assessments, and reporting
* Collaboration across multidisciplinary project teams
* Contribution to projects spanning infrastructure and waste-related developments
About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
* Strong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
* Exposure to both design and construction phases
* Confident communicator with solid reporting capability
* Problem-solving mindset with a practical approach
* Leadership experience or interest in stepping into a senior role
