Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an MRI Technologist based in the Greater Perth Area. Responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients for MRI procedures, operating MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images, reviewing imaging results for accuracy, and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. The MRI Technologist will collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to provide exceptional diagnostic services and maintain adherence to professional and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Certification and credentials such as Australian Institute of Radiolography (AIR) level 1 MRI and expertise in Radiologic Technology
* Strong knowledge and experience in Radiology, Medical Imaging, and best practices in diagnostic imaging
* Understanding of medical terminology and procedures relevant to MRI and diagnostic imaging
* Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care and ensuring safety during procedures
* Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment and communicate effectively with patients, peers, and healthcare professionals
* Previous experience in a radiology or diagnostic imaging facility is an asset
* A degree or relevant qualification in Radiologic Technology or a related field
