Your Role, Your Purpose
We're looking for a Visual Merchandising Assistant to join our Brand Experience & Visual Merchandising Team at our Brisbane Head Office.
This newly created role provides vital administrative and creative support to ensure our retail stores reflect the heart of our brand. You'll help bring our product stories to life — maintaining brand consistency, supporting national merchandising strategies, and creating beautiful, impactful in-store experiences that inspire women every day.

About the Role
In this hybrid role, you'll work across both our HQ showroom and retail stores (approx. 3 days in the office and 2 days in field). You'll:
* Support the Brand Experience & VM Manager in executing merchandising and marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
* Manage the HQ showroom — from unpacking and presenting new collections to maintaining showroom standards that mirror our retail experience.
* Create Visual Merchandising Guides and brand documentation using Adobe InDesign, ensuring stores have everything they need to deliver consistent, commercial VM execution.
* Maintain accurate stock records and liaise with the Warehouse and Stock Integrity teams for smooth showroom operations.
* Conduct store visits to gather insights, execute VM updates, and capture content to share with the broader retail team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Retail Development, Marketing, Design, and Production .
* Stay inspired by monitoring industry trends and identifying new VM or centre marketing opportunities that reflect our brand story.
Who You Are
You're someone who naturally brings creativity and organisation together. You ideally bring previous visual merchandising experience in a fast-paced environment and are ready to move into a HQ position.
You're known for your styling flair, strong work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines while keeping calm under pressure.
You'll also bring:
* Previous experience in VM, ideally in retail or a similar industry.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Proficiency (or willingness to learn) in Adobe InDesign .
* A current Driver's Licence .
