Your New Role

What You'll Need to Succeed
You will bring a proven track record of success as an MD/CEO within privately held businesses or small subsidiaries' of a multi-national company, with strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, margins, and cost controls. Your background will include broad operational oversight across HR, online retail, and event planning & operations, coupled with the ability to lead F/T and casual teams. Strategic thinking, adaptability to market trends, and a hands-on leadership style are essential to ensure growth while preserving the company's reputation and family values.
