* The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with clients, assisting them in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
* Promoting healthy individuals, families and communities is at the heart of this role, which requires strong administrative and case management skills.
* The ideal candidate will have experience working with Aboriginal individuals, families and communities, with a minimum Certificate IV in Community Services, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health or equivalent.
