ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Conducting repairs on a variety of mobile devices including phones, iPads, and tablets
* Simple and complex repairs including parts (front camera, back cameras, Back glass, charging ports and speakers) and as well as battery and screen replacements
* Trouble-shooting customer enquires/technical phone issues
* Maintain high standards whilst maximising productivity
* General housekeeping of repair area to ensure high standards are consistently maintained
ABOUT YOU:
* 1-2 years of experience as a mobile phone technician
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working to deadlines with a good level of computer literacy
* Understands what excellence looks like and strives to achieve this
* Understand key drivers behind business change and support implementation
* Put the customer at the centre of everything you do and deliver excellent outcomes for the customer and business
