In this role you will:
* Build and nurture long‐term relationships with key stakeholders across our Microsoft Valet Business and Premium customers, becoming their trusted advisor for all Microsoft solutions
* Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement, consistent communication, and demonstrating the value of their Microsoft investments
* Guide customers through a seamless onboarding experience, providing expert training and support to help them fully leverage their Microsoft Valet services benefits
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to deliver a unified and premier customer experience aligned with account plans
* Identify growth opportunities for Microsoft technologies and services, connecting customers with solutions that address their evolving business needs
* Champion customer goals within Data#3 and Microsoft, ensuring swift issue resolution and advocating for their specific requirements
* Collect and utilize customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and enhance customer success strategies
About You
* You bring 5+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing and customer relationship management roles, with deep knowledge of Microsoft contractual frameworks
* You're a skilled relationship builder who thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire customer lifecycle
* You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing customer lifetime value through upselling, cross‐selling, and securing renewals
* You possess outstanding communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
* You're data‐driven, using insights to identify patterns, solve problems, and recommend actionable solutions
* You excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
* You have experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and customer success platforms such as Gainsight
