The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, particularly with Vertex AI, Agent Force & LLMs, and will be responsible for architecting and integrating cutting-edge AI solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of agentic AI architecture.Integrate Vertex AI and Agent Force to enhance AI capabilities.Develop and manage intelligent workflows using LangChain.Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model performance.Utilize LLM APIs for advanced model interactions and orchestration.Oversee seamless orchestration of AI components and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.Ensure adherence to AI ethics, governance, and best practices.Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to team development.Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Skills & QualificationsExpertise in Vertex AI for model development, deployment, and monitoring.Proficiency in AgentForce for agent-based system design and management.Strong experience with LangChain for language model workflows.Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization.Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere).Strong orchestration and integration skills across AI components.Proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Proven leadership in AI architecture and team collaboration.Life at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
