Key responsibilities will include:
* Conduct production line setup and changeovers
* Operate and supervise a production line within the plant to ensure quality of product is satisfactory
* Complete production paperwork
* Ensure production machinery is running smoothly
* Supervise and/or work collaboratively as a team
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
* Experience working within the fast moving consumer goods industry (min 2 years)
* Experience operationally working in a factory environment
* Exceptional problem solving skills
* Relevant mechanical / engineering certification
* Forklift license essential
* Mixing/batching/blending experience advantageous
* Understanding of how a production line operates
