Personal Assistant to the Head of Middle School
Full-time (1.0 FTE) | Fixed-Term (May to June 2026)
Commencing 4 May, 2026
The Geelong College is seeking an experienced, highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to the Head of Middle School for a fixed-term contract from May to June 2026.
This short-term, high-impact role provides confidential, high-level executive and administrative support to the Head of Middle School and Middle School Leadership Team during a critical period of the school year.
This opportunity is ideal for a capable Personal Assistant or senior administrator who can step in confidently, manage competing priorities, and provide seamless support in a dynamic school environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
* A current Working with Children Check (Employee status), or the ability to obtain prior to commencement
* A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
* Completion of the Asthma First Aid in Schools Course
* Completion of Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations, issued by the Victorian Department of Education and Training (DET)
* A current First Aid (HLTAID 011) and CPR (HLTAID 009) certification
* Completion of one of the following anaphylaxis requirements:
o The College's anaphylaxis training, or
o Accredited course 22578VIC - Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis
