Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Full Time, Permanent Role About the role As a Manager Clinical Business Improvement (CBI) within the Statewide Dental Services Clinical Business Improvement and Support (CBIS) team, you will play a pivotal role in leading operational management, driving organisational development, and supporting continuous improvement across Statewide Dental Services (SWDS). You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality public oral health services by overseeing key processes, implementing policy changes, reviewing and enhancing work practices to meet organisational targets efficiently and effectively. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Statewide Management Executive Group, providing strategic support and guidance to District Managers, senior clinicians, and other key stakeholders. You will influence cultural change, improve systems, and contribute to the development of initiatives that support both operational success and service excellence. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within SA Dental through leadership, collaboration, and innovation. About You You are a results-driven and collaborative leader with extensive experience in managing service delivery and driving operational excellence. Your strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and leadership capability enable you to effectively manage teams, deliver projects, and implement improvements that support high-quality public oral health services. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven leadership skills with experience managing service delivery, guiding teams, and delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong ability to develop, implement and evaluate strategies, systems, and initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Highly developed problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive solutions. Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a solid understanding of safety, risk management, and quality frameworks.
