Arup is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to support project teams in managing documentation workflows and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external project participants to maintain high standards of document control.
The successful candidate will contribute to project efficiency and quality through structured processes and collaborative engagement.
The Opportunity
Set up and manage document control processes, registers, and filing systems for projects.
Transmit and track project documentation using online document management systems.
Coordinate document flow protocols, RFI procedures, and client deliverables.
Attend project meetings and support onboarding/demobilisation of team members.
Assist in producing document management plans and ensure compliance with client standards.
Is this role right for you?
Minimum 2 years' experience with online document management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including calm problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Experience in a project environment and commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Must hold full work rights in Australia.
